November Class Schedule

It's on ya'll!  I'm back at Michaels and teaching up a storm.  Quite a bit has changed in the teaching format in the past six months.  The SDU program (Scrapbook Design and You) is now Spotted Canary School and offers more than just your average scrapbooking classes.  There's a whole support site, check it out at Spotted Canary.  You can create an account, take supplemental classes online, follow your favorite teachers, check out other people's projects, find my teaching schedule and buy stuff.  If you know me, you know that I love the buy stuff part.  Also, the Paper Ed program is loaded with new classes that I think everyone could enjoy.  But the best part is that you can now look up local classes online at the Michaels website.  Just click on the classes link and locate your store and you'll get the class schedule and class information.  Always call to double check on the classes, these schedules are set six weeks in advance and are subject to change.  I should know, I just changed one today.  Without further ado, here's November's Schedule!

Saturday, November 17th, 2-4pm:
$10, materials not included
Card Tricks:
Want to learn how to make your stamps work overtime for you?  Come create five cute card designs using one stamp set, paper and a few findings.  In no time flat you'll be designing card sets and really using those stamps in ways you haven't before.  This is a great class for those of you who love stamping and would like to give card making a try.  If you're already an experienced card maker but haven't tried stamps before, come and learn basic stamp skills while adding five new card designs to your routine.

Wednesday, November 21st and 28th, 5-9pm:
Spotted Canary School by EK Success:
$25.00, materials not included
Let your creativity take flight! Discover the essentials of great scrapbook designs
in this uplifting 4-part course. Explore scrapbook basics, design techniques, the
power of the pen, and the art of adding finishing touches.  Your level of experience does not matter in this class, I promise that you will come away from this series learning something new and being inspired.  I do my best to tailor each class to the participants level of experience and learning style.

Hope to see you soon!
